#1 Contender's Tournament Begins On 5/8 WWE Speed

The tournament to determine Ricochet’s challenger is underway.

Ricochet won the WWE Speed Championship by beating Johnny Gargano in the tournament finals for the title. Now, a new tournament will determine his first challenger. The competition began on the May 8 episode of WWE Speed, where Apollo Crews took on Ivar. Ivar overpowered Crews and scored the win. He now waits to see who will punch their ticket to the next round.

Ivar’s opponent will be determined on the May 15 episode. There, Berto of Legado del Fantasma will clash with Tyler Bate of New Catch Republic.
