David Pastrnak led the Boston Bruins to a Game 7 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs with an overtime goal Saturday night at TD Garden.

The Bruins are on to Round 2 of the Stanley Cup playoffs, where they will face off against the Florida Panthers.
