The Toronto Maple Leafs erased multiple deficits and then broke a 2-2 late in the third period to beat the Boston Bruins 3-2 on Monday.

Auston Matthews scored the game-winner on a breakaway with just under eight minutes to play in the final frame.

The win ties the first-round series at 1-1 and gives the Maple Leafs home-ice advantage.
