Former Iowa Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark heard her name called with the No. 1 overall pick in the WNBA draft earlier this week.

The Indiana Fever weren't missing out on the opportunity to draft not only the best player in the draft, but also the biggest draw in women's basketball right now. Clark has a penchant for selling out arenas everywhere she goes and WNBA ticket prices have shown that.

At some point during her professional career, fans expect she'll have her own signature shoe. It was something she was asked about immediately following the WNBA draft.

"It was a dream growing up. You want your own shoe, you want kids to wear your shoes, your merch, whatever it is," she told Footwear News.

She already knows what the shoe would look like.

"It probably would be a low cut, that's what I love to play in," Clark said. "Something super comfortable, something with a lot of good ankle support. There would be some fun colors, I'd have a lot of fun colorways. It would be simple, but very sleek and elegant."

For now, though, she'll have to stick with what's already on the market. According to a recent photo of Clark in her new Fever uniform, she'll be rocking Sabrina Ionescu's Sabrina 1's - which makes sense given her affiliation with Nike.

Check it out.

Did she make the right choice?
