Tom Brady has not played in New England in almost five years, but he still has the region in his heart.

On Tuesday morning, the Patriots legend shared an episode of the Boston Celtics' "All-In" documentary series on X/Twitter and expressed his support for the Eastern Conference's No. 1 seed.

"Very cool in-season series from the @shadowlion team. Go C's," Brady wrote.

After dispatching the Miami Heat in five games in the first round, the top-seeded Celtics will meet the No. 4 seed Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round starting tonight.

Game 1 between the Celtics and Cavs is set for 7 p.m. ET on TNT. The winner of the series will meet either the New York Knicks or Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.

As for Brady, he's been in the news the last couple of days following his appearance as the subject of Netflix's "The Roast of Tom Brady" special on Sunday night.

A good time was seemingly had by all, though Brady's ex-wife Gisele Bundchen didn't seem to be thrilled about her new relationship with boyfriend/jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente being the butt of so many jokes throughout the night.

"A source tells PEOPLE that the model, 43, is 'deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening's roast show,'" Charna Flam and Charlotte Triggs wrote.

The roast of Brady is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
