Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson went viral this Friday afternoon, but it's not because of her basketball skills.

Wilson, a two-time WNBA champion, has decided to dye her hair for the 2024 season. Instead of going with her usual color, she is rocking gray hair.

Wilson shared a picture of her new look on social media along with this caption: "Greetings from Media Day."

It didn't take for fans to compare Wilson to the character Storm from Marvel's X-Men.

"A'ja as storm meaning she can handle Seattle…also the x-men live in NY meaning she's not worried about the Liberty…Aces 3-peat loading," a fan tweeted.

Another fan said, "Think we found the next Storm."

"You have my attention," a third fan replied.

Even though Wilson is sporting a new look, WNBA fans should expect to see the same dominant player on the hardwood.

In 2023, Wilson averaged 22.8 points and 9.5 rebounds per game for Las Vegas. She was named the Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season.

The Aces will begin their 2024 season on May 14 against the Mercury. Tipoff is set for 10 p.m. ET.
