Can the Yankees bounce back from last night's frustration?

Last night's series opener in Milwaukee was a frustrating one for the Yankees. After holding the lead late into the game, they couldn't hold on, and then couldn't hold onto a one-run edge in extra innings, eventually losing to the Brewers in walk-off fashion. Tonight, they'll look to bounce back from that defeat in game two of the series.

Taking the ball will be Carlos Rodón. In the absence of Gerrit Cole, the Yankees have needed Rodón to step up in the second year of his contract, and he mostly has thus far, putting up a 2.70 ERA in five starts.

The rest of the lineup is a fairly straightforward one. Aaron Judge is returning to the field, getting a game in center, with Giancarlo Stanton starting at DH.

As for the Brewers, Joe Ross will get the ball. Ross has a 4.05 ERA in 20 innings so far this year, and is coming off a 5.1 inning, one-run outing against the Pirates.

We hope you'll join us in the game thread for tonight's action!
