Scotland, Netherlands hit out at ICC over late 2027 ODI World Cup format shake-up

Scotland and Netherlands have criticised ICC over the timing and handling of the 2027 World Cup format change. The two boards have also asked the ICC to improve its decision-making process and provide Associate Members with greater access to discussions involving Full Members.
