Backstage News On Mustafa Ali Working For TNA Without A Long-Term Contract

-- Former WWE star Mustafa Ali continues to be a standout for TNA Wrestling, performing at sold out shows since his appearance for the promotion. However, fightfulselect.com reports that despite the success, Ali is not yet signed to any sort of long-term contract with TNA.

-- The reigning X-Division champion is working for TNA on a per appearance basis and since he's not under contract, he has also worked with NJPW since the beginning of the year and has a match scheduled at the upcoming Windy City Riot that takes place in a couple of weeks in Chicago. Along with TNA and New Japan, the report added that other televised promotions are also interested in Ali's services though not explicitly stating which one(s).
